I. General

1.1. These Regulations (hereinafter referred to as: "Regulations") define the rules for the use by users (hereinafter referred to as: "Users") of the website, including in particular software and databases, available at www.wwcr.pl (hereinafter referred to as: "Website" or "Website").

1.2. The owner of the Website is a company under the company Info Veriti Polska Sp. z o.o. Service of the Website Sp. j., with its registered office in Warsaw, postal code 02-233, ul. Serwituty 23, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for m.st. Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000281199, NIP 522-28-54-188, REGON 140979892 (hereinafter referred to as: "Info Veriti"). 1.3. These Terms and Conditions are the rules of procedure referred to in Article 10. 8 ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o usługu o usługu elektroniczną (Dz. U. of 2002 No. 144, item. 1204 as amended).

1.4. Through the Info Website, Veriti provides services (hereinafter referred to as: "Services") consisting in particular in the possibility of ordering commercial reports on foreign companies.

1.5. Info Veriti reserves the right to limit access to selected Services offered through the Website for Users who meet certain conditions.

1.6. The User within the meaning of the Regulations is any entity using the Services during the trial period, as well as the entity that concludes or concluded a contract for the provision of Services and the entity on behalf of and for which such an agreement was concluded.

Ii. Rules of access to the Website and technical requirements

2.1. Access to the public part of the Website is available to all users of the Internet without the need to meet any formalities, in particular this access is not dependent on the User registering on the Website.

2.2. Info Veriti reserves the right to separate the resources of the Website, to which only Users who register on the Website will have full access.

2.3. To use the Website, including browsing the Website and placing orders for reports, it is necessary to:

a. an end device with access to the Internet and a web browser such as Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Mozalia FireFox, Opera or later,

b. an active e-mail account (e-mail),

c. cookies enabled

2.4. Info Veriti is not responsible for technical problems or technical limitations occurring on the computer equipment used by the User, which prevent the User from using the Website and the Services offered through it.

Iii. General rules for using the Website and Services

3.1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with these Regulations, applicable law, general principles of using the Internet and the purposes of creating the Website, and in particular in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties and the rights and interests of Info Veriti.

3.2. The user is obliged in particular to:

a) use the Website in a way that does not interfere with its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,

b) not to take actions such as: sending and/or placing on the Website unsolicited commercial information (so-called spam); several times registration of the User on the Website; using the accounts of other Users or sharing your account with other Users; undertaking IT or any other activities aimed at obtaining the passwords of other Users,

c) use the Website in a way that is not inconvenitive for other Users and for Info Veriti, respecting their personal rights (including the right to privacy) and all their rights.

3.3. The User is not entitled to reproduce, modify the software, interfere with the IT record and lease, lease or other forms of transfer of the Website together with the data contained therein. The User may also not make the Website or the data contained therein available from ftp, http, web pages and through other mechanisms and devices by which they would be available to others than the User.

3.4. The Buyer may not distribute the Website or otherwise place it on the market, in its entirety or in any part thereof.

3.5. You may not use the Services:

– in a manner inconsistent with the nature and purpose of the Services,

– in a manner leading to the commission of a prohibited act within the meaning of applicable law,

– in a way that undermines the integrity of the Website or the Info Veriti IT system, – contrary to the provisions of these Regulations and applicable law.

3.6. If it is found that the User violates the provisions of the point. 3.2.-3.5. above, Info Veriti may immediately block his account, he also has the right to take any action to compensate for the damage suffered in this connection.

3.7. The User agrees to place the logo characterizing the company free of charge

The User on the Website's websites in sections in which Info Veriti places logos of other Users.

3.8. The User is solely responsible for the activities performed on the Website using a valid login and password.

3.9. Info Veriti is entitled to all rights, in particular copyrights to the Website and to the structure of databases contained therein. The Website and its software together with documentation and data are protected by The provisions of Polish law and the provisions of international conventions, with all the consequences resulting from it.

Iv. Detailed rules for using the Services

4.1. As part of the Services provided, Info Veriti may provide certain Services, in particular free reports. The number of Services (reports) that Info Veriti will make available free of charge depends on Info Veriti and is freely modified by Info Veriti. Due to the User's failure to receive free Services (reports), the User is not entitled to any claims against Info Veriti.

4.2. The purchased report is sent to the User in the form of a pdf file to the e-mail address provided.

4.3. The delivery time is up to 5 working days.

4.4. Based on the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 on sending invoices in electronic form, the rules for their storage and the procedure for making them available to the tax authority or tax control authority, the User accepts

The Regulations agree to issue and send in electronic form by Info Veriti:

– VAT invoices

– correcting invoices

– duplicate VAT invoices

in PDF format, on the terms set out in the above-mentioned regulation. It is possible to withdraw this acceptance, which may be sent in electronic form to the e-mail address of the faktury@infoveriti.pl or in writing by post to the address Info Veriti. Upon receipt of such information, invoices will be sent by post.

V. User registration on the Website

5.1. In order to receive an individual login and password to the Info Veriti Website, it is necessary to register the User in advance on the Website.

5.2. Registration of the User on the Website takes place by completing the registration form, made available on one of the Website pages, after completing the appropriate fields of the form and accepting it.

5.3. Filling in the registration form requires providing the following data:

– name and surname,

– e-mail address (company).

Optionally, the User may specify:

– telephone number,

– the name of the business entity that the User represents,

– the address of the operator,

– NIP of the business entity,

5.4. The condition for registering the User on the Website is to agree to the provisions of these Regulations.

5.5. Upon acceptance of the registration form, the person registering declares that he is a person authorized to represent the business entity on whose behalf he accepts the Regulations.  

Vi. Liability rules

6.1. Info Veriti conducts ongoing supervision over the functioning of the Website, ensuring the correctness of its operation. However, due to the technique of providing online services, Info Veriti does not guarantee the constant availability of the Website's websites, as well as their error-free functioning.

6.2. Info Veriti makes every effort to ensure that the information provided on the Website is reliable and complete, however, due to the data collection technique, there is m.in a risk of duplication (accumulation) of information from one source while not being able to fully verify data from sources independent of Info Veriti. Accordingly, Info Veriti does not guarantee that the above information will be strictly true and complete and will not be liable for this.

6.3. Info Veriti is not responsible for damages caused for reasons beyond its control, including those resulting from improper use of the Website by the User. To the extent permitted by law, Info Veriti shall not be liable for any damages of the User, including losses for lost profits or other incidental, derivative or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Website, including the use of information provided through the Website.

6.4. Info Veriti's liability towards the User is limited to the amount of money that the User has actually paid for the use of the Services provided.

Vii. Termination of use of the Service

7.1. The User may resign from using the Website at any time, in particular if he does not accept the changes introduced in the Regulations.

7.2. Info Veriti may refuse or deprive the User of the right to use the Website (blocking or deleting his account), as well as may limit his access to part or all of the resources of the Website or Services offered on the Website, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the User of any provision of these Regulations, as well as when:

– the User provided during registration on the Website data that is untrue, inaccurate or not up-to-date, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,

– Info Veriti previously terminated the contract with the User as a result of circumstances for which the User was responsible, – there is a justified fear that the Service will be used for purposes incompatible with its nature and purpose,

– there is a justified fear that the Service will be used to perform activities constituting unlawful acts,

– The User personally or jointly with other persons, or through other persons, uses the Service in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.

7.3. An entity that has been deprived of the right to use the Website may not re-register on the Website without the prior consent of Info Veriti.

7.4. Info Veriti reserves the right to suspend, at any time and for any reason, the operation of the Website or terminate the provision of Services through it. In this case, registered Users will be notified in advance.

Viii. Processing of personal data on the Website

8.1. Information about Users, including information having the character of personal data, is processed by Info Veriti – as a data administrator – in order for Info Veriti to provide Services via the Website.

8.2. Info Veriti processes information concerning Users, including information having the character of personal data, in compliance with the applicable law, in particular in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Dz. U. of 2002 No. 144, item. 1204 of late. as amended), using the security measures required by law.

8.3. Each User has the right to access the content of their personal data, and the right to request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing. In connection with the use of the website and acceptance of the regulations, the User's data is processed for the purposes of concluding and performing the contract and providing services on the website. In the event of deletion of data conditioning the use of the Website or Services provided through it, the User loses the possibility of using them. Deletion of data by the controller will not always be possible if there are other legal grounds for data processing, such as a certain legitimate interest of the data controller in pursuing claims.

8.4. If the User gives the consent required by law, the User's data may be processed for marketing purposes, including for the purpose of sending to the e-mail address indicated during registration or other address indicated at a later date commercial information Info Veriti

8.5. Detailed information on the principles of personal data processing by Info Veriti (including the rules for processing data of Customers – Website Users or persons acting on behalf of Customers) are available on the Website in the Privacy Policy.

8.6. Info Veriti uses cookies to collect information related to the use of the Website by the User. Cookies make it possible to identify the User's computer in order to ensure that his account is used by a person who enters the correct login and password assigned to him.

Ix. Confidentiality

9.1. The User is obliged to keep any information, its part or comment, constituting the economic information contained on the Website, as strictly confidential. This information may be used only for the User's own needs related to his business activity.

9.2. In particular, the User is obliged not to share, transfer or disclose the information obtained from the Website, their parts or comments to third parties in any form and form, unless such an obligation results from the law or with the express, written permission of Info Veriti.

9.3. The User is obliged not to disclose Info Veriti to third parties as a source of obtaining the above-mentioned information, unless the obligation to disclose results from legal provisions or with the express written consent of Info Veriti.

9.4. The User may not request disclosure of the sources of the information provided or the criteria for their selection.

X. Complaints

10.1. All complaints related to the provision of Services via the Website should be submitted to the info Veriti address, indicated in the Regulations.

10.2. A complaint submitted by the User, in connection with non-performance or improper performance of the Services, should be made in writing and specify:

– the User, in a way that allows his identification,

– the subject of the complaint,

– the circumstances justifying the complaint.

10.3. Info Veriti will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its delivery, and then send the User a response indicating how the complaint will be resolved and the justification.

10.4. In a situation where the data or information provided in the complaint require supplementation, Info Veriti asks, before considering the complaint, to the complainant to supplement it. The time of providing additional explanations by the User extends the period of consideration of complaints.

Xi. Final provisions

11.1. The Regulations enter into force on the day of publication on the Website and from that date they will apply to contracts concluded with Info Veriti.

11.2. Info Veriti reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions or the terms and conditions of specific services at any time, m.in in the following cases:

– by the competent authorities of the State to change the provisions of law or issue rulings

having or may have an impact on the rights and obligations of the parties specified in the Regulations,

– changes in the technical conditions for the provision of Services, including those related to technical or technological progress,

– changes in the terms of use of the software or the use of devices used to provide the Services made by manufacturers or entities that have rights to the software or rights to devices,

– changes in the rules of communication on the Internet or changes in the organizational rules of the Internet network caused by technological progress or the decision of the authorities,

– organizational changes or legal transformations of Info Veriti, including those that do not result in legal succession,

– formal and organizational changes on the part of Info Veriti.

11.3. Amendments to the Regulations shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of publication on the website of the www.infoveriti.pl Website, unless the User, after allowing him to read the content of the changes, has not terminated the contract by the end of this period.

11.4. Without the written consent of Info Veriti, the User may not assign the rights under this agreement.

11.5. The provisions of these Regulations are subject to Polish law. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts shall apply.

11.6. The recognition of individual provisions of these Terms and conditions in the manner prescribed by law for invalid or ineffective, does not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the regulations. In place of invalid provision will be applied rule, which is closest to the purposes of the invalid provision and all these terms and conditions.

11.7. Users of the Website may gain access to these Regulations free of charge at any time via the link placed on the main page of the Website, in a form that allows it to be downloaded, recorded and printed.

11.8. The User is additionally informed about the manner of using the Website and about the Services offered through the Website on his websites
